Peter Rybäck has extensive experience in the healthcare sector and a proven track record of launching new innovative products. He co-founded OptiSense Care AB to address one of elderly care’s most overlooked challenges: monitoring toilet routines, particularly in dementia and elderly care settings.
As CEO, Peter combines strategic vision with a hands-on leadership style, driving the implementation of truly innovative technology across both public and private healthcare systems.
Driven by a deep commitment to improving the quality of life for vulnerable individuals, Peter leads OptiSense Care’s mission to promote proactive monitoring of toileting routines. His work aims to enhance patient well-being, ease the workload for healthcare staff, and provide peace of mind for relatives through AI-driven solutions.
Under his leadership, OptiSense Care AB is building strategic partnerships with municipalities, healthcare providers, and technology leaders to launch ZenSeat - a smart toilet seat that proactively monitors toileting routines and supports a new standard of patient care.
Mathias Anlander

With a broad background in embedded systems, electronics, and AI-driven product innovation, Mathias Anlander co-founded OptiSense Care AB to pioneer smarter and more dignified elderly care solutions.
As CTO, Mathias leads the development of ZenSeat, combining deep technical expertise with user-centered design to seamlessly integrate advanced AI and sensor technologies into everyday healthcare environments. With a track record of successfully leading cross-functional development projects – from early vision and needs analysis to planning and execution – he ensures that innovation is always grounded in real-world healthcare needs.
Mathias is passionate about creating technologies that not only push technical boundaries but also meaningfully improve the lives of patients, caregivers, and relatives. His leadership keeps OptiSense Care at the forefront of smart healthcare innovation.
Nellie Duhs
Team Lead AI
MSc Engineering Mathematics
Experienced software developer with deep knowledge in Machine Learning and AI Algorithms, Nellie Duhs brings deep analytical expertise to OptiSense Care AB, combining a Master’s degree in Engineering Mathematics with a strong foundation in software development. She bridges advanced mathematical theory with practical implementation to help build intelligent, data-driven systems within the company.
With a naturally positive mindset and strong curiosity, Nellie approaches challenges with clarity and enthusiasm. As a software engineering consultant at EC Solutions for the past five years, she has developed broad expertise in areas such as machine learning, image analysis, and web development.
She has been part of the ZenSeat project since its very first workshop and takes pride in contributing to a solution that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
Thomas Lövskog
Team Lead Hardware
BSc Mechatronics
Thomas Lövskog is a seasoned electronics consultant and entrepreneur based in Malmö, Sweden, with over 30 years of experience in consumer electronics hardware and system design.
Lövskog currently serves as an Electronics Consultant at EC Solutions AB, a role he has held since January 2023. His previous positions include Vice President of R&D at Serstech AB and Senior Vice President of Innovation at Additude AB. He has also held leadership roles at Additude Innovation AB, Frankly, and Ericsson, demonstrating a strong background in hardware. Many of the positions has included a global responsibility.
Lövskog's technical expertise encompasses product development, electronics, system architecture, and rapid prototyping. He has extensive experience with PCB design, and he is proficient in various tools used in the electronics industry, including virtually all PCB design tools and PDM/PLM used. He holds a number of patents within his field.
In addition to his technical roles, Lövskog served as the Chairman of the Building and Environment Committee for Kävlinge Municipality from 2012 to 2021, reflecting his commitment to public service and community development.

Tomas Björklund

ZenSeat, as a Medical Device, is required to follow several legislative frameworks, including the European Medical Device Regulation.
Tomas has extensive experience from this area and has worked with Quality, Patient Safety and Compliance in the pharmaceutical industry in EU for companies like Pfizer, Alexion and Alnylam.
